Mara had some misfortunes in life. However, she never expected to be afflicted with a curse, where every death brings her back as an undead creature. Entering a world she has no memory of, Mara will be pulled along on a series of events to face the unavoidable and encounter monsters she never knew existed. While searching for her lost memories and a way to lift her curse, Mara learns about an omen of the world's end. A prophecy looms over the land of Ardana, foretelling the return of a great and terrible beast. And one by one, the seven seals that kept the Dark One imprisoned shall fail.
She had been a part of the Avatar Media Inc. team, as an artist and graphic designer. Rina also has a side gig as a photographer, contributing both photographs and artwork to Adobe Stock.
On August 5, 2013, she embarked on a personal project using a first-generation iPod Touch. It was from there The Dark One was born. The original story and the first remake, which became The Lost & Cursed and The Cursed Herald, were written almost exclusively on that device.
Rina loves to write dark fantasy while building worlds and the creatures that inhabit them. She also likes to create artwork of said creatures and characters from her stories. She also likes to write psychological horror.
