Dr. Azim Ostowar Ghafuri was born in Nangarhar Afghanistan and he got there a Bachelor Degree in Communication. Then from India he received a Master Degree in Telecommunication as Diploma-Engineer. After that Dr. Azim Ostowar Ghafuri obtained a Diploma for Journalism from International Institute of Journalism in Budapest Hungary. Then he got a Master Degree with best Result in Journalism (Red Diploma) from Warsaw University. Later on, Dr. Azim Ostowar Ghafuri received a Ph.D. (Doctortitle) in Hu
