I could no longer remain in certain relationships, places or situations and went through a massive clearing of all that no longer served my soul. It felt painful and at time, I felt rejection, but truly I was being redirected and creating space for the new. The Universe was guiding and realigning me to my soul path, to my truth and to my power. I found my voice and the words to express my truth. These are my musings from a soul finally set free, not perfect and by no means done with my journey, but free. In reading my book, my intention is for you to find your truth, your power and your voice to set your soul free.

Tamara Grob is the founder and owner of Soul Quest Life Coaching & Energy Healing. She is a certified intuitive, transformational, trauma-informed and spiritual life coach and energy healer. She is certified in Usui Reiki as a Master Teacher and certified in Rahanni Celestial Healing. She is a transmitter and activator of Light Language and uses this beautiful sound frequency in her healing practice as well. Tamara knows that her purpose is to serve her clients by helping them to transcend limitations, blocks, beliefs and programming to fearlessly move out of their comfort zone, as she did, to start living an empowered and consciously aligned life that sets their soul free. Tamara currently lives in New York, close to her two adult daughters, after having lived abroad in several different countries for 21 years. She has moved on from her 25-year marriage and is living her empowered and consciously aligned life, working on her next book, with a soul finally set free.
