This is the first short fiction that I have written. I am truly in awe of the revolution in biological science that is taking place right now. Our ability to understand and manipulate the very stuff that makes us who we are is just beginning, and the scientific community is buzzing with news of technologies such as Crispr/cas9. These advances may soon make it possible to create designer humans. Would you like a son, or daughter? What color eyes, hair, how tall? You may be able to even modify your own traits. But! You might be asking yourself, "Is this ethical? Is there a line that we shouldn't cross?" This story is purely fictional...At least it is for now. At least two sequels are coming.
