John Field is a Professor in the School of Education, University of Stirling, and Visiting Professor at Birkbeck, University of London. He has also worked at the University of Warwick and University of Ulster. His research focuses primarily on learning through the adult life course. His books include Lifelong Learning and the New Educational Order (2006), Social Capital (2008), and most recently Working Men's Bodies: Work Camps in Britain, 1880-1939 (2013).Ronald J. Burke is Professor Emeritus of Organization Studies at Schulich School of Business, York University.
Cary L. Cooper is Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University Management School.
