The Salvation Story is a book written with the intentions to make known God’s side of the story of grace for those who wish to explore the Christian faith. In the book, you will discover grace as the salvation offered to mankind by God through the blood sacrifice of his Son, Jesus Christ, a salvation which man does not deserve but has been offered because of the infinite love God feels toward mankind.
The book explains to the reader how anyone, despite the sinful nature we all share, can be saved just by accepting the sacrifice Jesus Christ offered to the Father. In the book, faith takes on a deeper dimension as the author shares her personal struggles with kidney failure and how her deep-rooted belief that her personal relationship with God will carry her through her medical struggles.
It is a book that shows the reader that their faith walk was never meant to be a bed of roses. Using Abraham’s faith walk as an example, the author has demonstrated that there will be obstacles along the way, but with our eyes firmly fixed on the Lord Jesus, He will lead us to our final destination—heaven.
With a strong faith in God and desire to set our will aside and follow His commandments, the author implies that we can successfully resist the worldly temptations of sin and therefore live an abundant Christian life as Jesus promised those who will believe in Him in John 10:10.
