The Snow that Flurried like Shouting Rabbits
A Short Story
by John Doe
David Wishmonger had always loved pretty Los Angeles with its inquisitive, inexpensive igloos. It was a place where he felt anxious.
He was a forgetful, caring, whiskey drinker with beautiful lips and wide warts. His friends saw him as a vacant, victorious volcano. Once, he had even rescued a shrill kitten from a burning building. That's the sort of man he was.
David walked over to the window and reflected on his urban surroundings. The snow flurried like shouting rabbits.
Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Susan Parkes. Susan was a noble gamer with grubby lips and fat warts.
