Ted and Timmy set out on a quest to find another monkey on a stick. They visit different toy stores, but none of them have a monkey on a stick. Eventually, Ted comes up with a plan to make a monkey on a stick for Timmy. He makes the monkey out of an old broomstick, some rope, and a few other materials. Timmy is thrilled with his new toy and the two boys become good friends. The story teaches the importance of friendship and the joy of creating something with your own hands.
