On the 5th November 1991 the body of a British media tycoon was found floating in the Atlantic Ocean off Los Cristianos in the Canaries. The discovery made world news with headlines asking the question 'Did he fall…Did he jump?' and started one of the most intriguing conspiracy theories of the 1990s.
The story starts at the exclusive Civil Service club in Knightsbridge London and very quickly draws the reader into a web of deceit, subterfuge and murder.
How is the mysterious death of the media tycoon linked to the Israeli intelligence service and Svetlana Zaslavsky, an attractive young woman, born of Russian Jewish parents?
Pat started writing when he was 9 and has, since then, written a vast number of poems about hundreds of subjects. He's been published in the USA/Canada and the UK. In 2000 was short-listed for a short drama competition run by channel 4 television.
In 2003 - Who Pays The Ferryman? - a psychological thriller with espionage overtones and murder, was the first of the 'Ferryman' trilogy. Based on fact and published by Quill Publishing it was quickly taken up by Waterstones and Borders (UK). Who Pays The Ferryman? was soon followed by two more books in the series, Operation Orpheus and Codename Beggarman. It was not very long before Pat became the top selling author for Quill Publishing and one of the top selling authors for Borders (UK), and now Who Pays The Ferryman? is the first one in the 'Ferryman' trilogy to be placed under option to be shot as a film/drama.
A fourth book in the espionage series - The Waiting Game published by Quill in 2008 is expected to be released in the near future in digital format. An exciting read about the mysterious death of a media tycoon. How is this mysterious death linked to the Israeli intelligence and Svetlana Zaslavsky, an attractive young woman, born of Russian Jewish parents? Watch out for The Waiting Game coming soon.
To date Pat has written seven books of which four have enjoyed success as paperbacks and are currently being made available as digital ebooks. His latest book to be published, The Battle of Anton Zavorski, is currently only available in digital format, with the second book
