The purpose of this book is to lead the practitioner to finer and finer level of understanding. YOG (YOGA)-Wisdom The product of energy is matter and matter dissolves into energy again. The Universe is pure energy. And all the non-existent matter from living up to non-living have been created out of this energy of Universe. The program already exists in the pure energy in the extra-sensory-state. On this principle have the yogis the practice of meditation developed. The human mind is also a mini universe. All the thoughts, which human mind can think are packed in this mini-universe. Meditation teaches to clear this mind of packed thoughts empty, where then only pure energy exists. Under this universal principle of extra-sensory state the yogi begins to be aware of the wisdom already existing in the pure energy. The mind in the extra-sensory state is full of knowledge and wisdom to be discovered when the yogis cross their mind from sensory state to the extra-sensory state.

The Author is borne in Dehra Dun, India. He did his Doctorate in Biology from the Free University of Berlin, Germany. He lives in Germany since the last over sixty years. At the age of 40 years he became an offer of serious back problem. When all medical treatments failed to heal he took the help of Yog-practice. Today at his older age he is much better healthy person than expected. The author hopes that the readers of the book will benefit in mind and body. Yog is a science for the human being
