Donald Rilla is a retired Psychiatric Social Worker and a Forensic Fellow. He spent the last thirty-five years working in the Criminal Justice field–working in a maximum security mental hospital, performing Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations, supervising Insanity Acquittees, Director of a Drug Court, Clinical Coordinator of a Crises Unit, and working with drug addicts. He was a Founding member of NOFSW and authored the Code of Ethics. He was a Past-President of NOFSW and the Academy of Forensic Social Work. He has presented numerous times at major conventions on a wide variety of forensic issues.
