THIS IS A BOOK COMBINING 3 AREAS* OF WORK BY W. DUTCHAK AND ROSE-MARIE BOROWSKY.
1. The first section of the book is a collection of meditations, thoughts, ideas and song lyrics presented in poetic form and covering a period of spiritual growth from 1967 until 2011.
2. The second part of the book presents a talk entitled "Attitude for Change". The talk was given to a group of people who meet to share their understanding of life and to learn about going beyond fixed concepts. The talk discusses attitudes and perception that can open one to experience life from a different perspective.
3. The last part of this volume features the lyrics to songs written by Rose-Marie Borowsky
from 1966 to 1977.

* Each section is a reflection of the authors' personal journeys in, relationship to, and understanding of life.
His career has included teaching in public schools, teaching adults in the work place, writing technical courses, engineering technology, computer programming and application design, and over 22 years in the telecommunications industry.
Main current interests include self-inquiry and understanding relationships in their variety of manifestations. Being attuned to the manifestations of the subjective realm of reality is a primary point of attention in ever-present awareness.
To date Walter has written four books:
Thoughts and Time, Watching Thought, Mastery of Self and Journal of Glimpses.
The author has been experiencing retirement from the labour market for the past 20 years. He is currently enjoying life with his spouse, son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters in the quiet town of St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada.
