Patricia Marie Bluemel holds post-graduate degrees in theocentric psychology, theology, and science. She worked as an international project advisor and chaplain in Ethiopia. She is the founder of WIAC, the Womens Institute and Center; she currently lives in Stuart, Florida, where she teaches the To Touch Heaven program.
