Seagal, doctor and professor, is a Doctor of Medicine, an Honorary Academic of the Izhevsk State Medical Academy, Honored Scientific Worker of Russia, has three Soros Professor Awards, and is also the Director of the Department of Topographical Anatomy and Operative Surgery at the Izhevsk State Medical Academy.
