A little about the author,

My name is Stewart Haynes and I have been involved the fitness industry since 2002. I've participated, coached, and trained in some form or fashion during all these years and I have made mistakes and seen much success. My theory of fitness is helping you reach your goals; physically, mentally, emotionally, and even at times spiritually.
Physically - Whether it be overcoming health issues or injuries, weight loss, muscle gain, strengthening, toning, or sports specific, I will help you rise above what you thought possible.
Mentally - We can gain confidence, reduce stress, and fight depression and anxiety. Your mind has everything to do with how your body responds. Mental health is my battle as well.
Emotionally - Being able to overcome the mental wear and tear from daily life can result in a much happier outcome. At the end of the day you should go to bed with a smile and sense of accomplishment.
Spiritually - This is for those who see life from a spiritual outlook and may not be for everyone, but, if we all view our body as a temple no matter from a spiritual standpoint or not, would you not want to take care of your temple? Clean out the dust, the cobwebs, and the muck and start feeling healthy.

I'm thankful to have helped thousands of others overcome and reach their personal goals! Some of the biggest blessings are seeing the transformations people have made! I have coached semi-professional and professional athletes involved with drug free bodybuilding, and drug free powerlifting, golf, figure skating, and other various sports.
