Tim Mannion received his undergraduate degree in social work from Kean University and his master’s degree in social work administration from Rutgers University in New Jersey, where he was born and raised and where he presently resides. After high school he enlisted and served in the US Navy for four years, but those weren’t the most important achievements in his life. His proudest life achievement was being a twin to his brother Tom and carrying the memories they made throughout their lives.
