Hayuta Goren Cohen is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, a hypnotherapist, a Master's candidate of Integrative Health and Mind-Body Medicine, and a proud mother of four really cool humans. Hayuta is also the co-founder and co-owner of Good Life Academy, a learning and wellness center in Tarzana, California. She was born and raised in a kibbutz in northern Israel, and moved to Southern California over 30 years ago. Hayuta is a die-hard optimist who believes that we all have a purpose, and that it is never too late to recreate ourselves. Her professional background, personal struggles, and tireless fascination with the human spirit, have led her on a journey not only of self-discovery, but one of helping others find their own purpose and genuine happiness.
