Richa Goel is an Associate Professor of Economics and International Business at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune. She was a gold medalist in her master's of economics with dual specializations at the master level, accompanied by an MBA in Human Resources and a dual specialization at the graduate level in economics and law. She earned a PhD in Management, where she has worked for almost six years in the area of diversity management. She has more than 20 years of experience in academics, along
Manleenjot Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Uttaranchal University. She earned a PhD in Management at Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad. She has embraced diverse management roles in various organizations, but presently she takes pride in imparting knowledge and guiding bright minds in entrepreneurship development and strategic management. Her teaching experience goes beyond the classroom as she has actively organized engaging events such as the Entrepreneurship Conclave, webinars, faculty development programs, and seminars. On the entrepreneurial front, by running a successful franchise, she wears the hat of a skilled businesswoman involved in every aspect of her business, from market research to digital marketing strategies. Her primary focus is on research centres around women entrepreneurship, strategy, international business, innovation, and cross-cultural studies.
Michela Floris is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Economics and Business, University of Cagliari, Italy. She earned a PhD in Management and holds a master's degree in Economics from the University of Cagliari. She has been teaching family business management for several years. She has published articles in leading journals (e.g., Family Business Review, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, Journal of Management and Governance, Journal of Family Business Strategy, Management Review Quarterly, Journal of Family Business Management, and TQM Journal) and received relevant grants for her studies (e.g., Academy of Management Best Paper, 2009 and 2015; the Carolyn Dexter Award, 2015; IFERA and STEP best papers on a conference theme, 2019; and selected paper SIMA-Sinergie Conference, 2021). Her main research focuses on strategy, organizational goals, and goal-driven behaviours in family firms, including entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, and growth.
