Autoren-Porträt von Alexandre C. Dimian, Costin Sorin Bildea
A. C. Dimian is Associated Professor in Process Systems Engineering at the University of Amsterdam, NL. He received his M. Sc from TU Bucharest, Romania, and his PhD from TU Bucharest and TU Hanover, Germany. From 1975 to 1982 he was a lecturer in Chemical Reaction Engineering at TU Bucharest. Before rejoining the academia in 1993 he spent eleven years in France as consultant in scientific computations for various process industries, mainly oil & gas, refining and organic chemistry. He is author and co-author of approx. 80 scientific publications in the field of computer-aided process design, as well as of three books.C. S. Bildea is Assistant Professor at TU Delft, NL, in the field of process dynamics and control. He holds a M.Sc. degree from TU Bucharest and obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining the academia he spent five years in industry. He is author of approx. 30 scientific publications in the field of process systems engineering.
