Alencar, Marcelo S.Marcelo S. Alencar is Chair Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Federal University of Campina Grande, Brazil. With over 28 years of teaching and research experience, he has published 6 technical books and more than 200 scientific papers. He is Founder and President of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Communications (IECOM) and has previously worked at MCI-Embratel.
