Rezension zu „Employment and Employee Rights “
"The authors challenge us to re-examine our understandings of employment. They bring a broad historical awareness to their distinctive theoretical reflections on topics such as due process, job insecurity, meaningful work, and the changing nature of employment. Readers with a practical bent should be convinced by their analysis of progressive employment practices as 'economic value added.' For the more philosophically inclined, they provide, at the outset, a clear and thoughtful analysis of the foundations of moral rights - an unusual element in texts on business ethics." John McCall, Saint Joseph's University "This is the latest and last word on employee rights. It's everything you wanted to know about employee rights, and it's a very practical, hands-on, business-oriented book. Every manager will benefit from reading it. Every human resources manager simply must read it." R. Edward Freeman, University of Virginia
