Wenfeng Wang is currently a full professor of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Technology and the director of International Academy of Visual Art and Engineering LTD. He has been invited as the editor in chief of International Journal of Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He is also a key talent in Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2018- ). Xi Chen is currently leader at Xinjiang Branch Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He received Ph.D. from Wuhan University in 2003. He is an outstanding youth winner of CAS, an expert enjoying special government allowance, a national excellent worker. He received special prize of science and technology progress award of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, a gold award of Heliang Heli, an advanced individual of innovation and culture of CAS, a national candidate for the new century talent project, and outstanding expert of Urumqi, top 10 of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
