Autoren-Porträt
Alessandro Inversini is senior lecturer atBournemouth University Faculty of Management (United Kingdom). His researchinterests are where communication, tourism and new media overlap, ranging fromdesign to evaluation of tourism websites, from online communication to brandingand reputation, from eCommerce to eLearning. RolandSchegg is a professor at the Institute of Tourism at the University of AppliedSciences and Arts of Western Switzerland/Valais (HES-SO Valais). Between 2000and 2004 he was with the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). He earned his BSfrom the Swiss Federal Institute for Technology (ETH) in Zurich and hisPhD from the University of Geneva. His research interests are in the field ofeTourism (online distribution, eService metrics, technology adoption, web 2.0and mobile technologies in tourism).
