Cedric Ryngaert is Chair of Public International Law at Utrecht University. He is the author of Jurisdiction in International Law (OUP 2015) and the co-editor of The International Prosecutor (OUP 2012).Ige F Dekker is Professor of International Institutional Law at the School of Law of Utrecht University. From 2006 until 2011 he was editor-in-chief of the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law.
Ramses A. Wessel is Professor of International and European Institutional Law and Director of the Centre for European Studies at the University of Twente. He is editor-in-chief and co-founder of the International Organizations Law Review and editor-in-chief of the Netherlands Yearbook of International Law.
Jan Wouters is Jean Monnet Chair ad personam of EU and Global Governance, Full Professor of International Law and International Organizations, and founding director of the Institute for International Law and of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
