is currently Consociate Professor at the Pontifical Urbanian University and invited professor at the Pontifical Gregorian University, respectively (Rome). He graduated in Political Sciences from the Catholic University of Milan and received his doctorate in Ecclesiastical History from the Pontifical Gregorian University; he was an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and worked as a missionary in Latin America. Her research focuses on the history of the post-Tridentine Church and on di erent aspects of the translation and adaptation of Tridentine reforms in America within the framework of the relations between the Holy See and the New World during the early modern era.
