Evangelia Krassadaki received her PhD and MSc in Multi-criteria Analysis from the Technical University of Crete and Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. She started her professional career in the Technical University of Crete, in 1985, while since 1990, she is a teaching assistant at the School of Production Engineering and Management. She is, also, experienced in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students, courses such as Decision Support Systems, Operations Research, and Consumer Behavior - Market Research. She has been awarded for teaching by the Technical University of Crete in 2017. She is a reviewer of scientific publications in the areas of Operations Research - Management - Engineering education, participates in scientific and organizing committees of conferences, manages research projects, and supervises engineering students' Diploma Thesis, while in the past she was the editorial assistant of the journal 'ORIJ -Operational Research. An International Journal'. Her interests include multi-criteria analysis, decision support systems, operations research, market research, management science and engineering education. She is an author of over 30 papers published in international journals, conference proceedings and edited volumes.

George Baourakis is the Director of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, CIHEAM-MAICh since June 2012. He has more than two decades' experience in the management and coordination of educational and research activities, including coordination of the Business Economics and Management Program of CIHEAM- MAICh since 1989, the organization of international seminars and training courses and the scientific, economic and administrative management of research projects.
