Married to a somewhat overbearing artist and defined by her roles as wife and mother, Flannery Jansen feels like she's lost all sense of who she once was. But then she receives an invitation that will change everything. It promises to reunite Flannery with Anne Arden, a woman she hasn't seen for twenty years, and suddenly memories of the most intense love affair of her life are flooding back.
Though Flannery and Anne's lives have taken them in different directions, the pull between them may prove irresistible . . .
