Dr. V.T. Bachinsky graduated from Chernivtsi State Medical Institute in 1976. From 1979 to 1981, he studied in graduate school at the Department of Forensic Medicine of Chernivtsi State Medical Institute. From 1982 to 1989 he worked as an assistant at the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute, from 1989 to 2009 he was an associate professor at the Department of Pathomorphology and Forensic Medicine of the Bukovinian State Medical Academy. From 2009 to 2011 - Professor of the Department of Pathomorphology and Forensic Medicine of Bukovinian State Medical University (BSMU), and since September 2011 - Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine and Medical Law of BSMU.

Dr. O.Y. Vanchulyak graduated from Bukovinian State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine in 1999. From 1999 to 2000 he studied at the internship in the specialty "Forensic Medicine" at the Shupyk Kyiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of Physicians. Doctor of Medical Sciences (2017).
