Michael Füchsle arbeitet seit 1992 als Softwareentwickler, seit 1996 im SAP-Umfeld. Sein Schwerpunkt lag zunächst im Bereich ERP-Softwareentwicklung, bevor er als Technical Consultant zur SAP SI in die CRM-Beratung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten wechselte. Derzeit beschäftigt er sich insbesondere mit den beiden Web-Dynpro-Flavors, aber auch mit mobilen Lösungen, Portalintegration und BSP-Entwicklung. Im Augenblick ist er Ramp-Up-Coach für das neue SAP CRM 2007-UI.Matthias Zierke ist seit zwei Jahren für die SAP SI in nationalen und internationalen CRM-Projekten unterwegs. Zuvor war er bei der Siemens AG in internationalen SAP-Projekten eingesetzt. Er verfügt über umfangreiches Prozess- und Applikationswissen im CRM-Umfeld, speziell im Bereich User Interface.
