Bebo White is (retired) Departmental Associate at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, Scientific Computing and Computing Services. His main research interests are Web engineering, Web accessibility, Web science, and the usage of Web technologies in education, and he has numerous publications in these fields. Bebo is a member of the International World Wide Web Conference Steering Committee, the Steering Committee of ACM SIGWEB, and the Steering Committee of the International Society for Web Engineering.

Irwin King is Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include machine learning, social computing, Web intelligence, data mining, and multimedia information processing. In these areas, he has over 210 technical publications in journals and conferences, and  has contributed over 20 book chapters and edited volumes. In addition, he serves as a member of the Engineering Panel with the Research Grants Council (RGC), Hong Kong SAR Government.  Irwin has received several exemplary teaching and service awards. He is also actively involved in education of students outside of the classroom. For example, he has led several ACM Programming Contest Teams to the ACM ICPC World Finals since 2000. Moreover, he actively promotes the use of technologies in education.

Philip Tsang is currently Chair Professor and  Vice President (Academic and Research) of the Caritas Institute of Higher Education in Hong Kong.  In addition, he also serves as  an advisor of the Hong Kong Doctors' Union and as editor of five international journals. He is a prolific and innovative researcher and a prominent practitioner in the important field of ICT in education, and has published over ten books on communication technologies and e-Learning. Prior to his current appointment, Philip was a senior member of the academic staff at the Open University of Hong Kong (OUHK) from 1996-2009, where he won the OUHK
