His research interests include tourism, gastronomy, hospitality and also tourism industry.Özgür Yayla, Asst. Prof. Dr., is working as an academician at the Department of Recreation Management at Manavgat Faculty of Tourism, Akdeniz University, Turkey. His research interests include recreation, tourism, hospitality, leisure and also destination management.
Alper Isin, PhD., is working as an academician at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University, Turkey. His research interests include tourism, gastronomy, food & beverage management and also destination marketing.
Turhan Çetin, Prof. Dr., is working as an academician at the Department of Social Studies Education at Gazi University, Turkey. His research interests include tourism geography, cultural heritage and also teaching tourism concepts.
