Autoren-Porträt von Kuno Hottenrott
Kuno Hottenrott, geboren 1959, war viel Jahre Sportwissenschaftler am Institut für Sportwissenschaft und Motologie an der Philipps-Universtität Marburg. Dort lehrte er in den Bereichen Trainings- und Bewegungswissenschaft, Leistungsphysiologie und funktionelle Anatomie. Auf dem Gebiet der Ausdauersportarten hat er zahlreiche Publikationen und Monografien verfasst. Als Verbandstrainer Nachwuchs war er viele Jahre in der Deutschen Triathlon Union mit seinen Sportlern erfolgreich. Seit 2003 ist er Professor an der Martin- Luther- Universität Halle-Wittenberg und lehrt auf dem Gebiet der Sportwissenschaft.
