Dr. Hiren Kumar Deva Sarma is currently a Professor in the Department of Information Technology, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim, India. He received his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Assam Engineering College (University of Gauhati) in 1998, his M.Tech in Information Technology from Tezpur University in 2000, and his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University (Department of Computer Science and Engineering) in 2013. He has received the Young Scientist Award from the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) in the XVIII General Assembly 2005, held at New Delhi, India. He has published more than seventy research papers in various international journals and leading refereed international and national conferences. His current research interests are wireless sensor networks, mobility management in IPv6-based networks, cognitive radio networks, network security, robotics, distributed computing, and big data analytics. 

Dr. Bhaskar Bhuyan is an Associate Professor inthe Department of Information Technology, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, Sikkim, India. He received his B.E. (1997) from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, in Computer Science & Engineering, and his M.Tech. (2000) and Ph.D. (2017) from Tezpur University, Assam, India. His research interests include computer networks and distributed systems, and he has published a number of papers in these areas. 

Dr. Samarjeet Borah is currently a Professor in the Department of Computer Applications, Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), Sikkim, India. Dr. Borah is involved in various academic, research, and academic administrative activities, as well as curriculum development activities, and is a member of the board of studies, doctoral research committee, and IT infrastructure management at SMIT.
