Dmitry Alexandrovich Zatuchny is a doctor of technical sciences, associate professor and professor at the Department of Computation Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. Artem Yuryevich Shatrakov is the chair of radio engineering systems at the Institute of Radio Engineering, St. Petersburg State University. His chief research interests are in the area of radio navigation systems for air traffic control and safety.
