Autoren-Porträt von Suresh Mani Tripathi
Suresh Mani Tripathi is Assistant Professor (Law) at Government Naveen Law College, Bhatapara (Baloda Bajar-Bhatapara), Higher Education, Chhattisgarh. He completed his LLB and LLM from Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and also submitted his Ph.d. thesis to this faculty. He was awarded a Junior and Senior Research Fellowship (JRF & SRF) from the University Grant Commission, New Delhi during his research period.The author started the internationally referred bi-annual journal 'Indian Journal of Socio Legal Studies' (ISSN 2320-8562) from July 2012 and 'Chhattisgarh Law Journal' from 2015. He attended twelve national and international conferences and presented his paper on various emerging issues. He also is a member of the international journal 'Bangladesh Journal of Socio Legal Studies and Lex Revolutions'.
Five books of the author have been published so far:
1. Fundamental Rights And Directive Principles Under Indian Constitution (University Book House, Jaipur).
