Martina Eckardt is Professor of Public Finance and Public Policy at Andrássy University Budapest (AUB). He holds a Ph.D. and the venia legendi in economics of the University of Bayreuth; he was senior research fellow at the interdisciplinary Max Planck Institute on Common Goods in Bonn, Germany.
