This book investigates philosophical and formal approaches to predication. Piotr Stalmaszczyk is a Professor of English Language and Linguistics at the University of Lodz (Poland), where he holds the Chair of English and General Linguistics. His research is concerned predominantly with linguistic methodology and the philosophy of language and linguistics.
