Mark Glinsky (1940-2019) graduated from the Moscow Institute for Geological Exploration. Vladimir Vetrov was born in 1940, graduated from the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute. In 1963-1986 did research work at the Institute of Applied Geophysics (Moscow) on the environment contamination. He participated in wide-scale studies of radioactive contamination of the environment at the USSR territory following the Chernobyl accident (1986-1990). In 1990-1992 - the invited expert at the IAEA (Vienna, Austria). At the Institute of Global Climate & Ecology (Moscow, 1993- 2019) V. Vetrov developed guidelines for national and regional contamination monitoring systems. Since 2003-present - chief expert, FSE «Gydrospezgeologiya», Moscow: developing subsoil monitoring systems for the nuclear industry enterprises. Alexander Abramov was born in 1968, in 1994 graduated from the Leningrad Technological Institute with a degree in "Radiochemical processes in nuclear power industry ". Worked in 1995-2010 for the Production Association "Mayak" (production of nuclear materials), starting from an engineer to the Director of one of the factories as part of the industrial complex.
