RICHARD E. FAIRLEY, PHD, He has been a tenured professor of computer science and software systems engineering, a department chair, an associate dean, and a dean. He founded, and for several years, was the fulltime principal associate of Software and Systems Engineering Associates (S2EA), a consulting and training company. He is the author of the Wiley title Managing and Leading Software Projects.
