When you speak of someone who has faced many trials but continues to persevere, You can rest assured the name Cindy Placide will be mentioned somehow. Wondering who she is?
Cindy Placide is a three-time author and poet of Caribbean descent. She was born on the beautiful island of St. Lucia and has always had a passion for writing. However, she has also faced many challenges in her life, including feeling displaced and like she didn't fit in. Despite these adversities, she has always tried to find meaning in her life.
After several tragedies and attempts on her life, Cindy decided to dedicate her life to helping others. She is now a motivational speaker and author who encourages others to overcome their challenges and find purpose in life. Cindy is a resilient, ambitious, and compassionate person who is driven by her faith, love for God, her children and for others.
She is an advocate for Mental Health and Suicide prevention, Autism among a few others and seeks to continue bringing awareness to stigmas plaguing our society. Her goal is to transform lives one conversation, one story at a time.
Cindy is a true inspiration, and her story is one of hope and resilience. Keeping an upbeat, bubbly personality under trail is a reminder that no matter what challenges we face in life, we can overcome them if we stay prayerful and never give up.
